Disable start up programs stop computer Process On Pc

Stop Process from Starting on your computer Manually with no software .

Go to Run Start > Run > Msconfig

Click on the start up and take out which ever program you want to stop from starting up .

Then Click on the other Tab Services and take out unknown .

This is a good way to disable any malware or virus not letting you download then if you do have a virus or malware download Avast anti Virus and it should take care of the problem
